Ezechiel 17:9 ~ Ezekiel 17:9

P rin urmare, spune-le că aşa vorbeşte Stăpânul Domn: ‘Oare-i va merge bine? Oare nu-i vor fi smulse rădăcinile şi nu-i vor fi tăiate roadele?! I se vor veşteji toate frunzele, i se va usca butucul şi nu va fi nevoie nici de braţ puternic, nici de oameni mulţi pentru ca rădăcinile să-i fie îndepărtate!

Say thou, Thus saith the Lord God; Shall it prosper? shall he not pull up the roots thereof, and cut off the fruit thereof, that it wither? it shall wither in all the leaves of her spring, even without great power or many people to pluck it up by the roots thereof.
