S pune poporului din ţară: «Aşa vorbeşte Stăpânul Domn despre locuitorii Ierusalimului şi despre ţara lui Israel: ‘Îşi vor mânca pâinea cu nelinişte şi îşi vor bea apa cu groază, căci ţara va fi jefuită de toate bunurile ei, din cauza violenţei tuturor celor ce locuiesc în ea.
