Plângeri 2:8 ~ Lamentations 2:8

D omnul a hotărât să distrugă zidul fiicei Sionului. El a întins o linie de măsurat şi nu Şi-a retras mâna de la distrugere. El a făcut întăritura şi zidul să plângă, astfel că ele suferă împreună.

The Lord has purposed to destroy The wall of the daughter of Zion. He has stretched out a line; He has not withdrawn His hand from destroying; Therefore He has caused the rampart and wall to lament; They languished together.
