A u construit înălţimi lui Baal în valea Ben-Hinom, ca să-şi treacă fiii şi fiicele prin foc în cinstea lui Moleh, lucru pe care nu Eu li-l poruncisem şi nici prin minte nu-mi trecuse că ei vor săvârşi asemenea urâciuni ca să-l facă pe Iuda să păcătuiască.»

And they built altars unto Baal, which are in the valley of the son of Hinnom, to cause their sons and their daughters to pass through the fire unto Molech; which I did not command them, neither did it come into my mind, that they should do this abomination, to cause Judah to sin.
