„ Aşa vorbeşte Domnul: «Dacă cerurile de sus vor putea fi măsurate şi temeliile de jos ale pământului vor putea fi cercetate, atunci voi lepăda şi Eu întregul neam al lui Israel pentru tot ce a făcut, zice Domnul.»“

Thus saith the Lord; If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I will also cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done, saith the Lord.
