T oţi iubiţii tăi te-au uitat şi nici unuia nu-i mai pasă de tine. Te-am lovit aşa cum loveşte un duşman şi te-am disciplinat ca un om nemilos pentru că vina ta este aşa de mare, iar păcatele tale atât de numeroase.

All thy lovers have forgotten thee; they seek thee not. For I have smitten thee with the stroke of an enemy, with the chastisement of a cruel one, for the greatness of thine iniquity: thy sins are manifold.
