R egele Iehoiachim, toţi vitejii lui şi toţi conducătorii lui au auzit cuvintele lui şi regele a căutat să-l omoare. Dar Urie a fost înştiinţat de lucrul acesta, s-a temut şi a fugit în Egipt.
