F iindcă jugul ce-i apăsa, drugul de pe umerii lor şi toiagul asupritorului lor, le-ai zdrobit Tu ca în ziua înfrângerii lui Midian.

For thou hast broken the yoke of his burden, and the staff of his shoulder, the rod of his oppressor, as in the day of Midian.
