t u, pe care te-am adus de la marginile pământului şi te-am chemat din colţurile sale cele mai îndepărtate, zicându-ţi: ‘Tu eşti robul Meu!’, pe tine te-am ales şi nu te-am lepădat!

Thou whom I have taken from the ends of the earth, and called thee from the chief men thereof, and said unto thee, Thou art my servant; I have chosen thee, and not cast thee away.
