D ar Rab-Şache le- a zis: – Oare, stăpânului vostru şi vouă, m-a trimis stăpânul meu să spun aceste cuvinte? Oare nu m-a trimis la oamenii aceştia, care stau pe zid şi care, asemenea vouă, vor trebui să-şi mănânce propriile murdării şi să-şi bea propriul ud?

And Rabshakeh saith, `Unto thy lord, and unto thee, hath my lord sent me to speak these words? is it not for the men -- those sitting on the wall to eat their own dung and to drink their own water with you?'
