D e aceea plâng împreună cu Iazerul pentru viile din Sibma. O, Heşbon! O, Eleale! Vă ud cu lacrimile Mele! Căci strigătul de bucurie scos de voi la culesul fructelor şi la seceriş a încetat.

Therefore I will bewail with the weeping of Jazer the vine of Sibmah: I will water thee with my tears, O Heshbon, and Elealeh: for the shouting for thy summer fruits and for thy harvest is fallen.
