D acă un om îşi lasă turma să pască într-un ogor sau într-o vie ori îşi lasă vitele să facă stricăciuni în ogorul altuia, să dea ca despăgubire din ce are mai bun în ogorul sau în via sa.

`When a man depastureth a field or vineyard, and hath sent out his beast, and it hath pastured in the field of another, the best of his field, and the best of his vineyard, he doth repay.
