A tunci Domnul i-a zis lui Moise: „Voi veni la tine într-un nor gros, pentru ca poporul să audă când îţi vorbesc şi să aibă întotdeauna încredere în tine.“ Tot atunci, când Moise I-a spus Domnului răspunsul poporului,

¶ And the LORD said unto Moses, Behold, I come unto thee in a thick cloud that the people may hear when I speak with thee and believe thee for ever. And Moses told the words of the people unto the LORD.
