C aută oameni destoinici în popor, oameni care se tem de Dumnezeu, care sunt vrednici de încredere şi urăsc câştigul necinstit. Pune-i pe aceşti oameni conducători peste o mie, peste o sută, peste cincizeci şi peste zece oameni.

Furthermore, you shall select out of all the people able men who fear God, men of truth, those who hate dishonest gain; and you shall place these over them as leaders of thousands, of hundreds, of fifties and of tens.
