D oamne, Dumnezeul nostru, Tu le-ai răspuns; ai fost pentru ei un Dumnezeu Care iartă, dar şi Unul Care te-ai răzbunat pe ei din cauza faptelor lor rele.

Thou answeredst them, O Lord our God: thou wast a God that forgavest them, though thou tookest vengeance of their inventions.
