I ar pe vremea lui Artaxerxes, Bişlam, Mitredat, Tabeel şi ceilalţi camarazi ai lor i-au scris lui Artaxerxes, împăratul Persiei. Scrisoarea era scrisă cu litere aramaice şi în limba aramaică.
