A şa vorbeşte Cirus, împăratul Persiei: „ Domnul, Dumnezeul cerurilor, Care mi-a dat toate regatele pământului, m-a numit să-I zidesc o Casă la Ierusalim, în Iuda.

Thus saith Cyrus, king of Persia, The LORD God of the heavens has given me all the kingdoms of the earth, and he has charged me to build him a house at Jerusalem, which is in Judah.
