Î n timpul unei alte lupte cu filistenii, Elhanan, fiul lui Iair, l-a ucis pe Lahmi, fratele lui Goliat ghititul, care avea o suliţă al cărei mâner era ca sulul unui ţesător.

Again there was war with the Philistines; and Elhanan the son of Jair killed Lahmi the brother of Goliath the Gittite, the staff of whose spear was like a weaver’s beam.
