C ăci atunci când El îl despărţise pe Israel de Casa lui David, ei îl puseseră rege pe Ieroboam, fiul lui Nebat, cel care l-a înstrăinat pe Israel de Domnul şi l-a făcut să săvârşească un mare păcat.

When He had torn Israel from the house of David, they made Jeroboam the son of Nebat king. Then Jeroboam drove Israel away from following the Lord and made them commit a great sin.
