C ând au văzut una dintre aceste cete, nişte israeliţi care îngropau un mort s-au grăbit şi au aruncat trupul mortului în mormântul lui Elisei. Când trupul mortului a atins oasele lui Elisei, omul a înviat şi s-a ridicat în picioare.

As they were burying a man, behold, they saw a band of raiders; and they threw the man into Elisha’s tomb. As soon as the man touched Elisha’s bones, he revived, and stood up on his feet.
