S olomon a ţinut atunci sărbătoarea împreună cu tot Israelul. O mare mulţime de oameni veniţi de la Lebo-Hamat şi până dinspre Râul Egiptului au sărbătorit înaintea Domnului, Dumnezeul nostru, timp de şapte zile şi apoi alte şapte zile, adică paisprezece zile.

And Solomon maketh, at that time, the festival -- and all Israel with him, a great assembly from the entering in of Hamath unto the brook of Egypt -- before Jehovah our God, seven days and seven days; fourteen days.
