P alatul în care urma să locuiască era aşezat într-o altă curte din spatele porticului şi era zidit în acelaşi fel. De asemenea, Solomon a zidit pentru fiica lui Faraon, pe care o luase de soţie, un alt palat asemenea acestui portic.

As to his house where he dwelleth, the other court within the porch -- as this work it hath been; and a house he maketh for the daughter of Pharaoh -- whom Solomon hath taken -- like this porch.
