A tunci Ahab le-a zis solilor lui Ben-Hadad: „Spuneţi-i stăpânului meu, regele: «Voi face tot ceea ce i-ai cerut slujitorului tău prima dată, dar acest lucru nu-l pot face!»“ Solii au plecat şi i-au dat regelui Ben-Hadad răspunsul lui Ahab.

So he said to Ben-hadad’s messengers, Tell my lord the king, All you first sent for to your servant I will do, but this thing I cannot do. And the messengers left; then they brought him word again.
