A tunci Benaia, fiul lui Iehoiada, s-a dus, l-a lovit pe Ioab şi l-a omorât. Acesta a fost îngropat apoi în proprietatea lui din pustie.

So Benaiah the son of Jehoiada went up and struck and killed him; and he was buried in his own house in the wilderness.
