D omnul îl va pedepsi pentru sângele vărsat, pentru că i-a lovit pe cei doi bărbaţi care erau mai drepţi şi mai buni decât el şi i-a omorât cu sabia pe Abner, fiul lui Ner, conducătorul oştirii lui Israel, şi pe Amasa, fiul lui Ieter, conducătorul oştirii lui Iuda, fără ca tatăl meu, David, să ştie acest lucru.
