C ând profetul care-l întorsese din drumul lui a auzit acest lucru, a zis: „Acesta este omul lui Dumnezeu care n-a ascultat de Cuvântul Domnului. Domnul l-a dat în ghearele leului care l-a sfâşiat şi l-a omorât, potrivit cuvântului pe care îl spusese Domnul.“

When the prophet who brought him back from the way heard of it, he said, It is the man of God who was disobedient to the word of the Lord; therefore the Lord has given him to the lion, which has torn him and slain him, according to the word of the Lord which He spoke to him.
