A u adus capul lui Iş-Boşet la David, la Hebron şi i-au zis regelui: – Iată capul lui Iş-Boşet, fiul lui Saul, duşmanul tău, care a căutat să-ţi ia viaţa. Astăzi, Domnul l-a răzbunat pe stăpânul meu, regele, împotriva lui Saul şi a urmaşilor săi.

And they brought the head of Ishbosheth unto David to Hebron and said to the king, Behold the head of Ishbosheth the son of Saul thy enemy, who sought thy life, and the LORD has avenged my lord the king this day of Saul and of his seed.
