D umnezeul cel Atotputernic să vă dea milă înaintea acelui om, pentru ca el să-i trimită înapoi pe celălalt frate al vostru şi pe Beniamin. Cât despre mine, dacă trebuie să fiu lipsit de copii, atunci lipsit să fiu.

And the Almighty God give you mercy before the man, that he may send away your other brother and Benjamin! And I, if I be bereaved of children, am bereaved.
