Î n timpul acestor şapte ani de belşug din ţara Egiptului, Iosif a adunat toată hrana şi a depozitat-o în cetăţi; în fiecare cetate el a depozitat hrana care provenea de pe câmpurile din jur.

So he gathered all the food of these seven years which occurred in the land of Egypt and placed the food in the cities; he placed in every city the food from its own surrounding fields.
