I l popolo quindi mandò gente a Silo, e di là fu portata l’arca del patto del Signore degli eserciti, il quale sta fra i cherubini; e i due figli di Eli, Ofni e Fineas, erano là con l’arca del patto di Dio.

And the people sendeth to Shiloh, and they take up thence the ark of the covenant of Jehovah of Hosts, inhabiting the cherubs, and there two sons of Eli, with the ark of the covenant of God, Hophni and Phinehas.
