D avide e Abisai dunque andarono di notte da quella gente; Saul era coricato e dormiva nel parco dei carri, con la sua lancia conficcata in terra, dalla parte della sua testa; e Abner e la sua gente gli stavano coricati intorno.

So David and Abishai came to the people by night: and, behold, Saul lay sleeping within the trench, and his spear stuck in the ground at his bolster: but Abner and the people lay round about him.
