E cco, in questo giorno tu vedi con i tuoi occhi che oggi il Signore ti aveva dato nelle mie mani in quella caverna; qualcuno mi disse di ucciderti, ma io ti ho risparmiato e ho detto: “Non metterò le mani addosso al mio signore, perché egli è l’unto del Signore ”.

Behold, this day thine eyes have seen how that Jehovah had delivered thee to-day into my hand in the cave: and some bade me kill thee; but mine eye spared thee; and I said, I will not put forth my hand against my lord; for he is Jehovah's anointed.
