B oaz salì alla porta della città e là si mise seduto. Ed ecco passare colui che aveva il diritto di riscatto e del quale Boaz aveva parlato. E Boaz gli disse: «O tu, tal dei tali, vieni, siediti qua!» Quello s’avvicinò e si mise seduto.

Now Boaz went up to the gate, and sat him down there: and, behold, the near kinsman of whom Boaz spake came by; unto whom he said, Ho, such a one! turn aside, sit down here. And he turned aside, and sat down.
