P erciò io ti consiglio di comprare da me dell’oro purificato dal fuoco per arricchirti, e delle vesti bianche per vestirti e perché non appaia la vergogna della tua nudità, e del collirio per ungerti gli occhi e vedere.

Therefore I counsel you to purchase from Me gold refined and tested by fire, that you may be wealthy, and white clothes to clothe you and to keep the shame of your nudity from being seen, and salve to put on your eyes, that you may see.
