P oi il confine si prolungava e, dal lato occidentale, girava a mezzogiorno del monte posto di fronte a Bet-Oron e terminava a Chiriat-Iearim, città dei figli di Giuda. Questo era il lato occidentale.

The boundary extended from there, and turning about on the western side southward from the mountain that lies to the south opposite Beth-horon, it ended at Kiriath-baal (that is, Kiriath-jearim), a city of the tribe of Judah. This formed the western side.
