m a a quelli che lo odiano rende immediatamente ciò che si meritano, e li distrugge; non rinvia, ma rende immediatamente a chi lo odia ciò che si merita.

and repays those who hate him to their face, to destroy them. He will not be slack to him who hates him. He will repay him to his face.
