l ’uomo che si è coricato con lei darà al padre della fanciulla cinquanta sicli d’argento e lei sarà sua moglie, perché l’ha disonorata; e non potrà mandarla via per tutto il tempo della sua vita.

then the man that lay with her shall give unto the damsel’s father fifty shekels of silver and she shall be his wife; because he has humbled her, he may not put her away all his days.
