A llora egli lasciò il paese dei Caldei e andò ad abitare in Caran; e di là, dopo che suo padre morì, Dio lo fece venire in questo paese che ora voi abitate.

So then he went forth from the land of the Chaldeans and settled in Haran. And from there, after his father died, transferred him to this country in which you are now dwelling.
