D opo averlo fatto arrestare, lo mise in prigione, affidandolo alla custodia di quattro picchetti di quattro soldati ciascuno; perché voleva farlo comparire davanti al popolo dopo la Pasqua.

And when he had apprehended him, he put him in prison, and delivered him to four quaternions of soldiers to keep him; intending after Easter to bring him forth to the people.
