E gli rispose: «Sì». Quando fu entrato in casa, Gesù lo prevenne e gli disse: «Che te ne pare, Simone? I re della terra da chi prendono i tributi o l’imposta? Dai loro figli o dagli stranieri?»

He saith, Yes. And when he was come into the house, Jesus prevented him, saying, What thinkest thou, Simon? of whom do the kings of the earth take custom or tribute? of their own children, or of strangers?
