N on contaminerete il paese dove sarete, perché il sangue contamina il paese; non si potrà fare per il paese alcuna espiazione del sangue che vi sarà stato sparso, se non mediante il sangue di colui che l’avrà sparso.

So ye shall not pollute the land wherein ye are: for blood, it polluteth the land; and no expiation can be made for the land for the blood that is shed therein, but by the blood of him that shed it.
