« Questo è l’ordine dato dal Signore: quando uno avrà fatto un voto al Signore o avrà con giuramento assunto un solenne impegno, non verrà meno alla sua parola, ma metterà in pratica tutto quello che ha promesso.

If a man vow a vow unto the Lord, or swear an oath to bind his soul with a bond; he shall not break his word, he shall do according to all that proceedeth out of his mouth.
