P oiché io piego Giuda come un arco, armo l’arco con Efraim ed ecciterò i tuoi figli, o Sion, contro i tuoi figli, o Iavan, e ti renderò simile alla spada di un eroe.

When I have bent Judah for me, filled the bow with Ephraim, and raised up thy sons, O Zion, against thy sons, O Greece, and made thee as the sword of a mighty man.
