Sofonia 1:13 ~ Zephaniah 1:13

L e loro ricchezze saranno abbandonate al saccheggio, le loro case devastate; essi costruiranno delle case, ma non le abiteranno, pianteranno delle vigne, ma non ne berranno il vino.

Therefore their goods shall become a spoil, and their houses a desolation: they shall build houses, but not inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, but not drink the wine thereof.
