S i osservano con cura gli statuti di Omri e tutte le pratiche della casa di Acab; tu cammini seguendo i loro consigli, perché io abbandoni te alla desolazione e i tuoi abitanti allo scherno! Tu porterai l’infamia del mio popolo!»

For the statutes of Omri you have kept, and all the works of the house of Ahab, and you walk in their counsels. Therefore I will make you a desolation and an astonishment and your inhabitants a hissing, and you shall bear the reproach and scorn of My people.
