I l Signore, Dio degli eserciti, è colui che tocca la terra ed essa si scioglie, e tutti i suoi abitanti sono in lutto; essa si solleva tutta quanta come il fiume e si abbassa come il fiume d’Egitto.

The Lord God of All is the One Who touches the land and it melts. All those who live in it are filled with sorrow. All of it rises and falls like the Nile River of Egypt.
