P erché così dice il Signore, Dio: «Alla città che metteva in campo mille uomini, non ne resteranno che cento; alla città che ne metteva in campo cento, non ne resteranno che dieci per la casa d’Israele».

For thus said the Lord Jehovah: The city that is going out a thousand, Doth leave an hundred, And that which is going out an hundred, Doth leave ten to the house of Israel.
