I l settimo giorno la riesaminerà, e se la macchia si è allargata sulla pelle, il sacerdote dichiarerà quel tale impuro: è piaga di lebbra.

and the priest shall recognize it the seventh day; and if it is spread much abroad in the skin, then the priest shall pronounce him unclean; it is the plague of leprosy.
