« Figlio d’uomo, io ho spezzato il braccio del faraone, re d’Egitto; ed ecco, il suo braccio non è stato fasciato perché fosse curato, né è stato fasciato perché fosse rafforzato così da poter maneggiare la spada.

Son of man, I have broken the arm of Pharaoh king of Egypt, and behold, it has not been bound up to heal it by binding it with a bandage, to make it strong to hold and wield the sword.
