L o misero in una gabbia con dei ferri alle mascelle e lo condussero al re di Babilonia; lo chiusero in una prigione, perché la sua voce non fosse più udita sui monti d’Israele.

They put him in a cage with hooks, and brought him to the king of Babylon; they brought him into strongholds, that his voice should no more be heard on the mountains of Israel.
